About the Event
For over 30 years Honokaa High and Intermediate School band teacher Gary Washburn has been inspiring students to produce outstanding music. Students have a choice of two tracks, Ensembles or the Jazz Band, and Honokaa School has become nationally recognized for it's outstanding music program and the efforts of Mr. Washburn, winning a Grammy in Music Education. Come witness this year's protoges in the Ensembles group at work rocking it, from jazz to the classics, country to rock and roll and reggae to boot! Don't miss this fantastic community evening!
