About the Event
That warm Midsummer Nightʻs glow is here! We invite you to spend the twilight hours of Saturday, July 20 with a fantastic musical crew with an Expanded Dance—Ecstatic-like but extra djʻs and guests in our normal family-friendly dance atmosphere. The magic of Summertime means full bloom flowers, sun-kissed fruit, and a toe tapping good time. Join us as we send off our dear Hāmākua music friend Odysseus on journeys afar with an adieu set in wistful, magical celebration echoing the Shakespearean ode to summer sunsets. Joining Odysseus on stage will be Danny Waddell and J Sun, alongside Hayden Spector, Michaeloha Elam, Amanda Rose, Dramma Calais, Michael Rannells, Marika Ripke, and more. With all these extra performers we will have a camera person capturing the magic onstage, so please be aware that you may end up in the footage.
