About the Event
A night of line dancing after the big Rodeo! Celebrating the century-old paniolo heritage of the region, Western Week is one of the biggest annual events along the Hāmākua Coast. Held annually for more than 60 years, Western Week festivities take place May 18 to 26 with events for the whole family, including a parade and a rodeo, even a Cowboy & Saloon girl contest, Cowboy talk story & more.
