YOGA BY SAGE DALY

For this upcoming ecstatic dance event, we are honored to have Sage Daly guiding both the yoga practice and sound bath. For the past ten years, Sage has used the mat as a means to connect with the divine through her breath and movement. She recently started teaching yoga in January 2021 and is passionate about creating a space for her students to explore their bodies and rewire their nervous systems. With an emphasis on feeling postures and plenty of opportunities for modification, Sage's classes are gentle and accessible to all.

In addition to her work in yoga, Sage is also a weaver of sound, movement facilitator, psychedelic integration guide, and ceremonial space holder. She is deeply committed to using elements of sound, movement, and cacao to help individuals connect with their body, mind, and spirit. Through self-exploration and energetic movement and release, Sage aims to help individuals reclaim the parts of themselves that have been lost or fragmented. Her goal is to create spaces that allow for exploration beyond the surface and open the heart to oneself and others.

After the dance, Sage will facilitate a sound bath to help us deepen our connection with ourselves and the world around us. perfecto!
